Enrolment fee（报名费)
Queensland art school (refer as “QAS”) requires an annual registration fee of 50 dollor 昆士兰美术学校每年将收取50澳币的报名费
When the full tuition fee is paid, the enrolment fee will be converted into tuition fees 在交学费的过程中报名费将冲抵学费
Refund policy（退款政策）
QAS offer a variety of payment options for tuition fees, including class-by-class, term-by-term, every two terms, or annually . Refund policy is a bit different for each type
昆士兰美术学校有四种缴费方式：按每节课缴费， 按学期缴费，按半年缴费，按年缴费。 每种缴费方式的退款政策都有所不同
Refund for class by class student（按每节课缴费的同学的退款政策）
Any refund request can be made by the student at any time before classes commence, and any classes that have not yet begun are fully refundable
在课程开始前的任何时间都可以申请退款， 所有没有进行的课都可以全额退款
Refund for term by term student （按照学期缴费的同学的退款政策）
There will be a cancelation fee of $50. 需要缴纳50澳币的退款手续费
if a student requests a refund before the forth class of the term commences, the classes already completed will not be refundable and the class that is yet to commence is 80% refundable
如果同学在学期的第四节课之前提出退款申请， 已经完成的课程将无法退费，剩下待进行的课程我们将按照80%的比例进行退费。
For students who request a refund before the forth class of the term commences, there will be no refund for tuition fee
如果同学在学期的第四节课或者第四节课之后申请退款，我们将无法进行退款。
Refund for student pay every 2 term and annually（按照半年或者整年缴费的同学的退款政策）
There will be a cancelation fee of $50.需要缴纳50澳币的退款手续费
For all the terms that have already been completed, there will be no refund for tuition fee
已经完成的学期课程将无法进行退款
For the term that is currently ongoing, please refer to the refund policy of term by term student
正在进行的学期请参照按学期缴费同学的退款政策
For the terms that are to commence, a 80% refund will be available.
尚未进行的学期将按照80%的比例进行退费
Make up class policy 补课政策
If student miss class during a term we offer 3 ways of make up class 如果学生错过课程需要补课，昆士兰美术学校提供以下三个方法进行补课
- Student can chose the same type of class he or she missed in a different time within the same week 同周同一班型的不同时间进行补课（这也是最推荐的，避免同学跟不上进度）
- Student can chose a different type of class within a the same term (should be same price or less) 在整个学期内 选择另一种班型进行上课（如果你学创意美术，可以去尝试设计班进行补课）补课的课程价位不得高于原本应上的班型
- At the end of term , QAS will organise a day for all student to do a make up class. student can also chose the same type of class at that day 昆士兰美术学校在每个学期的期末将组织一天进行集中补课，学生也可以在那时选择一个时间进行补课
Transfer 课程转让与课程类型更换
QAS allow 2 type of class transfer. Class type transfer ： Student transfer or Class type transfer

Student transfer 课程转让
QAS offer student to transfer his or her class to a different person , there is no fee needed for student transfer
昆士兰美术学校的课程可以进行转让，一个学生可以将他的课程转让给另外一个学生， 转让过程没有任何手续费
Class type transfer 课程类型更换
Student can transfer his or her class type to a different class type without transaction fee. student can only transfer to a class with equal or less fee than the orignal class. if student want to transfer to a class that is more expensive than the orginal class , student will need to pay the price difference
学生可以根据需求更换自己的课程类型，可是只能更换去费用相等或者更少的课程类型。（如果想要更换去更贵的课程类型，需要补交费用）
Tutor Class schedule （讲师课程安排）
QAS reserve all the right to amend class schedule or tutor for any class.
昆士兰美术学校保留对课程时间以及课程讲师更换的权力
Permission to advertise(推广使用授权)
QAS have the permission to use the photo and video of student and students art work for promotion and advertisement purpose
昆士兰美术学校拥有使用学生照片以及学生作品的视频以及照片进行学校或课程推广宣传的权利
